How every order is checked
We are certified to ISO 9001:2015 and approved under IBR. The same four checks apply to every order, whether it is a dozen flanges or a full project BOQ.
Raw material check
Mill certificates are checked against the purchase order, and heat numbers are logged when material arrives.
Traceable processing
Heat numbers carry through cutting, forging or forming, machining and welding, so every piece links back to its mill certificate.
Testing and inspection
Dimensional checks, PMI and the NDT your QAP calls for. Third-party inspection is arranged when you specify an agency.
Documents with dispatch
Material test certificates to EN 10204 3.1, or 3.2 when witnessed, with the inspection reports your contract asks for.

Is Teshi a manufacturer or a trader?
We manufacture flanges, butt-weld and forged fittings, fasteners and fabrications at our own units in India. Pipe, plate and structural items are supplied from stock or sourced from approved mills, so a project can be covered on one order.
Which flange standards do you make?
ASME B16.5, ASME B16.47 Series A and B, ASME B16.36 orifice flanges, B16.48 spectacle blinds, EN 1092-1, IS 6392, BS 10 and DIN, plus flanges to client drawings.
Do you make exotic-grade flanges?
Yes. Besides carbon, alloy and stainless steel we manufacture flanges in 904L, 254 SMO, duplex and super duplex, titanium Grades 1, 2, 5, 7 and 12, Inconel, Hastelloy, Monel, Alloy 20 and copper-nickel.
What certifications does Teshi hold?
Teshi is ISO 9001:2015 certified and IBR approved. Material test certificates are issued to EN 10204 3.1, and to 3.2 with third-party inspection when the order requires it.
